Registering collateral records you as the obligor of record, so only you can sign it. Your wallet will be asked to approve Creditcoin CC3 when you sign — you do not need to switch networks yourself.

Your terms: how much, at what rate
These go on-chain and the settlement engine reads them back, so the race decides who takes each rank — never what that rank costs. Senior is repaid first and sits behind everything below it, so it must be the cheapest.
